We are a Microbrewery based in the picturesque village of Bow Brickhill, near Woburn, on the Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire border.
Head brewer, Ryan Horne, has always had a passion for real ales and craft beer and has devoted time and effort learning about traditional brewing techniques and perfecting recipes using only quality, natural ingredients.
Having gained these skills we decided to take the ‘goat by the horns’ and brew our efforts for a wider audience to enjoy. After much planning and hard work our 6 Barrel Brewery was installed in early March 2015 and brewing in Bow Brickhill finally commenced.
A fruity Amber session ale. US Crystal and Cascade hops in the boil and dry hopped with even more Cascade make this little ABV beer pack a fruity punch. This brew commemorates the 100 year anniversary of Bow Brickhill hero Captain Gerald Featherstone Knight’s bravery when his BE2C aircraft was shot down in 1916 by a squadron which included the infamous Red Baron. A donation from every brew goes to Bow Brickhill Community Projects.
